NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

 

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 16th day of July, 2014 at the hour of 11:00 A.M., of said day in the Lobby of the Blaine County Public Safety Facility, 1650 Aviation Dr., Hailey, ID 83333, I will sell all of the right, title and interest of said Defendants, in and to the below described property, at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash in lawful currency of the United States, to satisfy said execution and all costs. 

            The Sheriff, by Certificate of Sale, will transfer the right, title and interest of the judgment debtors in and to the property at the time the execution or attachment was levied.  The Sheriff will give possession, but does not guarantee clear title nor continued possessory right to the purchaser.

            The judgment debtor or redemptioner may redeem the property from the purchaser within one (1) year after the sale, if the real property sold consisted of a tract of land of more than twenty (20) acres, and within six (6) months after the sale if the real property sold consisted of a tract of land of twenty (20) acres or less, paying the purchaser the amount of his purchase with interest thereon at the rate allowed in Section 28-22-104(1), Idaho Code, from the date of sale to the date of redemption, together with the amount of any assessment or taxes which the purchaser may have paid thereon after the commencement of the action and which are not included in the judgment, and interest at the rate allowed in Section 28-22-104(1), Idaho Code, on such amount.

            BY VIRTUE of an execution in my hands, issued our of the District Court of the Fifth Judicial District Judicial District Court of the State of Idaho, County of Blaine, in the suit of MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P. v. REED P. COLLINGWOOD; LIMELIGHT CONDOMINIUM HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION; KIM COONIS AND IDEAS CONSTRUCTION; AND UNKNOWN PERSONS IN POSSESSION OR CLAIMING RIGHT TO POSSESSION, Case No. CV12-597, duly attested the 17th day of June, 2014, I levied upon all right, title and interest of all defendants, in and to the following described real property, situated in Blaine, County, Idaho, to wit:

CONDOMINIUM UNIT 117 IN BUILDING B, AS SHOWN ON THE CONDOMINIUM MAP FOR THE LIMELIGHT CONDOMINIUMS, RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT NO. 147041, AMENDMENT RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT NO. 157452, AND AS DEFINED AND DESCRIBED IN THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION FOR THE LIMELIGHT CONDOMINIUMS, RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT NO.147040, AMENDMENT RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT NO. 162597, RECORDS OF BLAINE COUNTY, IDAHO

 

            more commonly known as 318 Bald Mountain Road Unit 117, Ketchum, ID 83340.
