On Friday, January 14, 2022, at approximately 10:04 p.m., Blaine County Sheriff deputies responded to a noise disturbance on River St. in Ketchum, Idaho. Witnesses reported that an intoxicated male was parked in a vehicle honking his horn and screaming.
Upon investigation, Jason Bradley Sellars, age 36 of Ketchum, Idaho, was arrested for felony Driving Under the Influence, I.C. 18-8004(1)(A)(F), misdemeanor Resisting and Obstructing an Officer, I.C. 18-705, and two felony counts of Aggravated Battery Upon Certain Personnel, I.C. 18-915. During the arrest, Sellars fought with deputies and kicked two deputies.
Sellars has two previous convictions for Driving Under the Influence in 2014 and 2020, making the third a felony. Sellars remains in the custody of the Blaine County Detention Center pending arraignment Tuesday afternoon in Magistrate Court.
