On Saturday, August 20, 2022, at approximately 8:00 p.m., Blaine County Sheriff’s deputies received a report of a stolen vehicle at St. Luke’s Wood River Hospital, south of Ketchum, Idaho.
The vehicle, a white 1997 Subaru Outback, was later located by deputies at Blaine Manor in Hailey, Idaho at approximately 9:25 p.m. Upon investigation, Erica Lorenz White, age 49 of Hailey, Idaho was arrested and charged with Grand Theft, I.C. 18-2403.
The vehicle was returned to the rightful owner undamaged. White was arraigned in Magistrate Court Monday afternoon where Judge Jennifer Haemmerle reduced the charges to misdemeanor Operating a Vehicle without the Owners Consent, I.C. 49-227, and ordered White released on her own recognizance.
