On Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at approximately 12:39 p.m., Blaine County Sheriff’s deputies assisted an Idaho State Department of Corrections Probation and Parole Officer with a home visit to a non-compliant probationer in Bellevue, Idaho.
Upon investigation, Kevin Joseph Flynn, age 43, was arrested and charged with felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, I.C. 37-2732(C)(1), and misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, I.C. 37-2734A(1). Flynn was also charged with a felony probation violation.
Flynn remains in the custody of the Blaine County Detention Center pending arraignment in Magistrate Court this afternoon.
