On Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at approximately 10:46 p.m., Blaine County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a Ketchum residence for a follow-up to a 911 hang-up with possible crying in the background.
Deputies were initially told that everything was ok at the residence by the suspect.
Upon investigation, deputies were able to locate the crying victim and three juvenile children in the residence. Carlos Rogelio Quinto Bruno, age 34 of Ketchum, Idaho, was arrested and charged with felony Domestic Violence with a Traumatic Injury with an enhancement of in the Presence of a Child, I.C. 18-918(2) 18-918(4).
Quinto Bruno was arraigned in Magistrate Court on July 28, 2023, where the court ordered a bond of $5,000 and issued a Protective Order for the victim. Quinto Bruno has been released on bond and is currently scheduled for a hearing on August 8, 2023.
